• The registration fee per participant covers
o Access to all presentations
o Conference proceedings in USB format
o Certificates of participation and/or presentation
o Lunches and coffee breaks on May 28 and 29, 2025 and the Morning Coffee Break on May 30, 2025
At least one author per paper must be registered to be included in the conference proceedings.

Important:
o Please only register after notification of final acceptance of your communication.
o Registrations are non-refundable.

To register for LOGISTIQUA 2025, please follow these steps:

1. Check that your paper has been accepted. 

To avoid unnecessary delays, please refrain from making payment if your paper has not yet been accepted. Registration fees are non-refundable. 

2. Make the payment 

3. Send an email confirming your payment to h.benseddik@encgcasa.ma, containing: 

• A copy of your bank transfer receipt (scan) OR a screenshot.
• The name of the corresponding author.
• If the transfer is being made by another person, please also include their name.
• The title of the paper.
